Location: Bloomfield, CT (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedHealthcare Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects within a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare systems, technical project delivery, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for healthcare IT initiatives
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners when required
• Ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience as aTechnical Project Manager in the healthcare domain
• Hands-on experience with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, claims, payer systems, etc.)
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle
• Experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
• Experience working with healthcare providers or insurance/payer systems
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
