Healthcare Sales Specialist

Pay: $75,000 per year base salary plus commission
Job Type: Direct hire, full-time
Location: Rosemead, CA (community field work plus local office)

About the Role

Help older adults and their families in the San Gabriel Valley enroll in an all-inclusive senior health care program (PACE). You build relationships across the community, generate quality referrals and turn them into enrollments. This is a field-based hunter role for someone who loves grassroots marketing.

What You Will Do

• Plan and run outreach, community events and PR to hit monthly referral, home visit and enrollment goals
• Build strong relationships with physicians, hospital discharge planners, post-acute facilities, community leaders and other referral sources
• Partner with community organizations and educate referral sources about the program
• Build and carry out a yearly marketing plan with the outreach and enrollment director
• Follow all marketing compliance rules for the program
• Keep accurate records and reports in Salesforce, Athena and Microsoft Office
• Support the outreach and enrollment team and suggest process improvements

Requirements

Required

• 2+ years of business to consumer sales, outreach or community marketing experience
• A true hunter mindset with strong grassroots marketing experience
• Able to work a varied schedule, including some evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred - Not Required

• Mandarin speaker (highly preferred)
• Spanish speaker
• Experience in healthcare, senior care or community health
• Salesforce or similar CRM experience
