Pay Range: $27 - $30/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate referral and prior authorization requests by gathering information from healthcare providers and members over the phone.
Enter and update information accurately in healthcare systems.
Communicate authorization status and help resolve routine questions.
Review documentation, benefits, and coverage requirements to support timely processing.
Provide professional, courteous customer service while handling calls and inquiries.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus.
3 years of relevant healthcare, referral coordination, medical office, patient services, or prior authorization experience.
Strong communication, phone etiquette, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of medical terminology or utilization management is preferred.
Note-Competitive pay of $27–$30/hour.
Monday–Friday schedule with consistent daytime hours.
Opportunity to gain valuable experience in healthcare operations.
Potential to extend beyond the initial contract period.
