Responsible for recruiting healthcare requirements for clients such as Medefis , Providence Health &Services, One Medical, CVS Health, Prisma, One Medical, Summit Health etc.. on W2 for the US market.  Was responsible for sourcing, shortlisting, submitting the candidate's profile for contract position on W2 for the client.  Well versed in using both internal and external tools such as Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, RTS, JobDiva, Facebook, LinkedIn for searching resumes and pipelining candidates.  Hired candidates for jobs such as RN's, Pharmacist, etc  Designed and managed job posting for job opening on Facebook.  Coordinating with the clients lead in the US team for daily job requirement, pipelining candidate, sharing report and for discussing strategies to increase our numbers.  Gave consistent performance to the company and achieved the given target.  Worked with other recruiters in the team with conjunction with their searches.  Assisting new hires and helping them understand the companies process, recruitment and taking mock calls and sharing the feedback.
