Large Healthcare organization is seeking a Recruiter join their Team. Experience in Healthcare or medical recruiting is a must. This position will be large of a large corporate team and have interaction with executives within the organization. This person will be recruiting for hands-on, center-level operational and medical personnel who work directly on-site with in medical facilities. The right candidate must have expert level experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed with at least 2 years experience recruiting in the healthcare industry.
This is a contract position with potential to go permanent in Charlotte NC with an hourly pay rate of $ 40 - 43 /hr. based on experience with excellent benefits. This is a full onsite position
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provides managers and supervisors with assistance in the coordination and selection of talent in the recruitment process.
- Assists Recruiting Manager in establishing recruiting requirements; meets with managers to discuss needs.
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites.
- Assists in the development of new recruitment programs, such as employee referral program, behavioral-based interviewing, PI profiles, etc.
- Determines applicants' qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
- Makes offers of employment; coordinates background checks, drug screens, reference checks and license verifications.
- Responsible for all administrative functions of recruitment including, but not limited to, creating requisitions and managing job postings.
- Creates and maintains various reports, as needed, including monthly recruiting update, time-to-fill, etc.
- Assists Recruiting Manager in the development and communication of recruiting policies and procedures.
- Ensures fairness, efficiency, consistency, legal compliance and cost effectiveness in hiring decisions and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree highly preferred; additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
- Two (2) years experience as a Recruiter; five (5) or more years preferred.
- Experience recruiting hands-on, center-level operational and medical personnel who work directly on-site with in medical facilities.
- Experience working with placement of field staff in areas such as LPN's, RN's, Paramedics, EMT's, Phlebotomists and laboratory managers a big plus
- Previous experience should demonstrate knowledge of standard HR concepts, practices and procedures.
- Requires excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, customer service focus, self-motivation and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and respond to problems creatively.
