We are currently seeking a full time Health Services Administrator to join our team atMartin Correctional Institution located inIndiantown, Florida.

The Associate Hospital Administrator is responsible for managing the overall operations of the contracted clinical program with oversight of the facility hospital and other services provided. Essential Duties: • Planning, coordinating, directing, and supervising the program's provision of services to patients in a correctional setting to meet service delivery requirements of the contract and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required 
• Bachelor's degree in hospital administration, healthcare administration, health and human services, business administration, public administration, nursing, or related field preferred 
• Associate's degree with experience in correctional environment will be considered 
• Agency for healthcare administration (AHCA) experience preferred
• Must have ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally with staff and institutional administration
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
