Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a customer-focusedService Center Supervisor – Behavioral Health.  In this role, you will provide leadership and supervise Behavioral Health Service Center staff to ensure efficient, fiscally responsible and customer-responsive center operations.Â
What You'll Do:
- Supervises day to day operations of staff and services.
- Ensures that all staff are adequately training to effectively perform their required responsibilities and provided with an overview of the Behavioral Health performance goals.
- Performs quality reviews on staff work and recorded telephone calls.
- Participates in process and procedure development.
- Manages internal and external complaints, manages compliance log, compiles data to provide monthly reports.Â
- Ensures efficient scheduling for the Representatives and maintains time and attendance records.
- Evaluates performance of Representatives.
General Requirements:
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.Â
- CREDENTIALS/LICENSURE: None
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:Â Â Minimum of 3 years experience as a PPSC Representative; experience in a supervisory capacity strongly preferred.
