Head Start Pathway Specialist III - Bilingual

The position works independently on comprehensive case management activities for families in accordance with Head Start Performance Standards. The position advises and assists individuals and families with a varietyof issues and/or challenges through the FamilyPartnershipand AgreementPlan(FPAP). The Head Start Pathway Specialist creates,provides,and coordinates services and activities with families and communities that foster strength, healthyliving,and overall well-being.

Qualifications

1. Pathway Specialist I:   Bachelor's in family studies,child development,social work or a related field is required,plus one year of Early Childhood Studies (ECS) case management experience.
2. Pathway Specialist II: Associate's degree in family studies,child development,social work or a related field is required,plus one year of ECS case management experience.
3. Pathway Specialist III: High school diploma or GED is required.Must obtain a credential or certification in social work,human services,family services,counseling or a related field within eighteen (18) months of hire.
