Role Overview

As the Head of Web 3 Community Global, you will leadNetzium.io’s Token Generation Event (TGE) and manage the strategic launch of our platform across international markets. This pivotal role requires expertise in blockchain-based fundraising and global marketing to maximize reach, engagement, and adoption. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft and implement our tokenization strategy while driving awareness and expansion in key regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Token Generation Event (TGE) Management

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan forNetzium.io’s TGE, ensuring effective timing, structure, and promotion.

  • Oversee all TGE phases, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and engaging target audiences.

  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and technical teams to ensure token compliance and security.

  • To work with leading crypto exchanges and market makers

• Global Market Expansion

  • Lead the development of in-country launch strategies, aligning approaches to local regulations and market dynamics.

  • Cultivate partnerships with local stakeholders and partners to ensure successful market entry and growth.

• Marketing Leadership

  • Design and drive a data-driven, global marketing strategy to promoteNetzium.io’s brand and user acquisition goals.

  • Plan and manage marketing campaigns, optimizing for performance and ROI.

  • EstablishNetzium.io’s brand as a leader in renewable energy tokenization.

  • You will also be involved in other tokenisation launches for Aeir as well as our ecosystem partners such as Issimo 

• Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a key representative ofNetzium.io, managing relationships with investors, partners, and media.

  • Present TGE progress, market expansion results, and campaign performance to the executive team.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Blockchain Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.

• 5+ years in marketing, tokenization, or blockchain project management, with a proven track record of successful launches.

• Experience managing TGEs, ICOs, or similar events, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.

• Strong background in developing multi-country marketing strategies, ideally in tech or blockchain.

• Excellent analytical skills, with experience in campaign reporting, optimization, and performance measurement.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of cross-functional collaboration in a global setting.
