About the Role
Lead the sales go-to-market strategy and build a high-performing sales organization at a growing AI voice technology company. You will own sales performance, develop team leaders, and partner across the business to support the next phase of growth.
What You'll Do
Build and expand the sales team, setting hiring standards and fostering a strong, high-performance culture.
Coach team members through deal shadowing, feedback, and pipeline reviews to improve deal progression and quota attainment.
Create and execute go-to-market processes in partnership with Revenue Operations.
Lead and develop managers and team leads as the organization scales.
Partner with marketing, product, and customer operations on strategy and integrated go-to-market initiatives.
Support team members' career growth through ongoing mentorship and development.
Use AI tools and data-driven insights to inform sales strategy, forecasting, and cross-functional decisions.
What We're Looking For
At least 7 years of sales leadership experience, including building teams, hiring, and scaling sales organizations.
Experience leading quota attainment, pipeline management, forecasting, and deal closure.
Strong coaching experience in consultative selling and complex deal structuring.
Background creating go-to-market strategies and collaborating across marketing, product, customer operations, and Revenue Operations.
Experience managing stakeholders and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, ideally in B2C SaaS or enterprise software.
Experience leading teams through high growth and organizational change.
Comfort using AI tools and interest in AI, voice technology, or conversational AI products.
Fluent in English and German.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €180,000 to €240,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
