Head of Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to join a young fintech company with an innovative, fully working product, as theirHead of Operations!

Reporting directly to the founders, you will be instrumental in building and scaling the organisation.

This is a Malta-based role offering a salary of €80-120K.

Role & Responsibilities

• Build and scale business operations

• Hire, train, and empower team to perform to excel

• Client onboarding incl verification of licences and technical integration readiness

• Performance monitoring and analysis, delivering smart remedies to possible issues

• Build and maintain stellar rapport with third parties incl auditors, bank, regulatory bodies and other business critical relationships

• Take active part in compliance operations, working closely with MLRO with regulatory reporting and audits as requested by various regulators

• Investor-grade statements and reporting

• Roll out backoffice tools & procedure manuals

• Create and enhance processes

Education, Skills & Experience

• University Degree

• Strong drive to progress professionally

• Entrepreneurial mindset

• 3+ years in a leadershiprole in iGaming or Fintech

• Experience of working inregulated iGaming (MGA is a plus)

• Experience from B2B platform ops or risk and bankroll management

• Experience preparing for and running external audits in a regulated entity

• Process- and procedures building skills

• Data-driven with a penchant for creating queries and models to challenge or verify results

• Understanding of BCT

• Excellent understanding of GGR & NGR mechanics

• Excellent communication skills in English
