Our Client is building a new way for teams to integrate, automate, and collaborate on data and workflows. They're at the intersection of SaaS, collaboration tools, and developer experience—backed by top investors and growing fast.
We’re now looking for theirfirst marketing hire—a Head of Marketing—to define and scale how our client tells its story to the world. This role is about more than growth: it’s about building a brand with taste, polish, and cultural impact.
The Role
As Head of Marketing, you’ll be the founding member of the marketing team. You’ll own everything from growth loops and funnel optimization to enterprise messaging and brand-building. This is a hands-on role for a full-stack marketer who can both execute and strategize.
You’ll work closely with the founders, engineers, and designers to transform technical features into compelling narratives, expand brand awareness, and accelerate adoption.
What You’ll Do
Build marketing engine from the ground up—growth, product marketing, brand, and demand gen.
Develop and execute growth loops, optimize user funnels, and drive experimentation with a meaningful budget.
Craft enterprise and product-level messaging that resonates with both technical and business audiences.
Run full-stack marketing campaigns across paid, SEO, content, and partnerships.
Analyze growth data, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
Elevate the brand to a “Notion-level” standard of taste and polish.
Collaborate daily with engineers and designers to bridge product and story.
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of marketing experience, ideally inPLG SaaS environments.
Proven track record at companies likeNotion, Linear, Stripe, GitHub, or similar.
Hands-on operator: comfortable doing the work yourself, not just managing a team.
Experience scaling paid marketing (bonus if you’ve managed$100M+ budgets).
Strong mix of product marketing, paid acquisition, and SEO experience.
Data-driven mindset with an ability to balance creative and analytical approaches.
Exceptional taste, eye for brand quality, and ability to deliver “category-defining” polish.
Bonus: familiarity with product or automation/integration space.
