Job Purpose:

Lead the overall Engineering function and provide technical and strategic leadership acrossmultidisciplinary engineering, analysis, design and project delivery activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary engineering teams across various projects.
• Provide technical leadership forengineering, analysis, and designactivities.
• Review and guide engineering concepts, designs, calculations, specifications and technical deliverables.
• Provide technical oversight forCooling Towers, NDCT, IDCT, BOP structures and associated infrastructure.
• Ensure effective coordination across Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Piping and other engineering disciplines.
• Support technical proposals, feasibility studies, engineering planning and client requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, quality and project requirements.
• Lead technical reviews, resolve complex engineering issues and manage key engineering interfaces.
• Develop engineering capabilities, mentor teams and drive standardisation, innovation and continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree will be an advantage.
• 25+ years of experience in Engineering / Design / Consultancy / EPC environment.
• Strong experience inmultidisciplinary engineering and technical leadership.
• Good understanding ofanalysis, design and engineering management.
• Exposure toCooling Towers, NDCT, IDCT and BOP structures will be an advantage.
• Strong technical, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proven experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s degree will be an advantage.
