This role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for building and managing the demand generation engine to drive qualified pipeline within enterprise accounts. The individual will define and execute strategy, manage integrated campaigns across various channels, and leverage technology and AI for personalized engagement. The objective is to create measurable and efficient pipeline by connecting marketing efforts with revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the end-to-end demand generation strategy.
• Execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels.
• Build and manage automated lifecycle and nurture programs.
• Analyze campaign performance to optimize pipeline generation and ROI.
• Manage the demand generation budget and report on key metrics to leadership.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven ability to generate qualified enterprise pipeline.
• Deep hands-on experience with paid media, CRM, and marketing automation.
• Advanced proficiency in using generative AI tools for marketing.

This role requires significant experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within enterprise cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex technology sectors, with a strong understanding of targeting senior enterprise buyers and account-based demand generation strategies.
