We’re building a fast, reliable, and customer-focused meal service that blends culinary excellence with operational precision — and we’re looking for a Head of Business & Operations to make that engine run seamlessly.

About the Role

You’ll lead Yummeals’ daily operations — ensuring smooth kitchen workflows, top-tier customer experience, and efficient resource management.
This role is perfect for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on operator who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn systems into success stories.

What You’ll Do

1. Oversee kitchen, inventory, and logistics operations.

2. Track and optimize production costs, food output, and efficiency.

3. Supervise sales performance and ensure excellent customer service.

4. Implement systems that reduce waste, improve speed, and boost quality.

5. Lead, train, and motivate teams to uphold Yummeals’ standards.
   
   

What We’re Looking For

1. Proven experience inoperations, F&B, or hospitality management.

2. Strong leadership, organization, and analytical skills.

3. Proficiency with digital tools for reporting and inventory management.

4. A proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-first mindset.
