- Coach high-energy Orangetheory workouts for members of all fitness levels.
- Deliver effective exercise demonstrations, coaching, cueing, and modifications.
- Lead and develop the studio's coaching team.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and ongoing coach development.
- Maintain high standards for coaching quality, safety, and member experience.
- Help drive membership growth, retention, utilization, and revenue.
- Support sales, lead generation, community outreach, and studio events.
- Build strong relationships with members and team members.
- Monitor key performance metrics and help develop strategies to achieve goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence.
- Assist with daily studio operations and leadership.
- Manage coaching schedules and fitness-related systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and member-ready studio.
- Ensure fitness staff certifications and required documentation remain current.
- Support coach coverage and studio needs when necessary.
- Is anatural leader and team builder.
- Is passionate about fitness and helping people reach their goals.
- Has strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

- 2+ years of experience in personal training, group fitness, or the fitness industry.
- Current nationally accredited personal training or group exercise certification (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ACSM, ISSA, NCSF, etc.).
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Strong knowledge of exercise technique, physiology, and functional training.
- Group fitness experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in an exercise-related field preferred.
- Orangetheory experience is preferred.
