Job description

Job Summary**

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hitachi, Ltd., you will play a critical role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent to drive our business objectives and support our growth across various divisions.

Job Responsibilities**

* Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand specific talent needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and create compelling job descriptions.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for a diverse range of roles (technical, corporate, sales, etc.).
* Utilize various sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and internal databases, to identify qualified candidates.
* Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including behavioral and technical interviews, to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
* Negotiate complex offers, ensuring alignment with compensation guidelines and candidate expectations.
* Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
* Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in talent acquisition.
* Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent Hitachi at career fairs and industry events.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency setting, preferably within a large, global organization.
* Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including technical and specialized positions.
* Strong proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
* Expertise in various sourcing methodologies and tools.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with global recruitment processes and cultural nuances is a plus.
