HCM - Recruiting and Onboarding Functional Consultant

Job description / responsibilities / required skills / deliverables:
Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM – Recruiting & Onboarding Functional Lead (Wave 2)
Serve as the functional lead for Wave 2 Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Recruiting Booster, and Oracle Onboarding implementation.
Lead the workstream through design/Wall Walk, configuration and prototyping, validation/testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization in alignment with Oracle TCM+ delivery methodology.

Responsibilities include leading Recruiting and Onboarding client workshops and design discussions; developing and validating To-Be business processes aligned to Oracle Cloud standard functionality and Global Design; configuring and validating ORC, Recruiting Booster, and Onboarding functionality; supporting configuration workbooks and prototype cycles; identifying and coordinating integration, conversion, reporting, and security dependencies; supporting test scenario development, E2E/UAT, defect resolution, regression testing, cutover, and production readiness; and coordinating closely with other Wave 2 functional and technical workstreams.
The resource should have strong hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud Recruiting and Onboarding implementation experience, including end-to-end implementation leadership and client-facing design workshops. Experience should include ORC configuration, requisitions, candidate experience/career sites, offers and approvals, candidate communications/interview processes, recruiting integrations, onboarding journeys/checklists/tasks, security, testing, conversion, and production deployment.
Recruiting Booster experience is strongly preferred/required based on the project scope.
Healthcare implementation experience is preferred.

Availability requirement:
Must be available to start November 2, 2026, one week before the Wave 2 kickoff and Wall Walk activities beginning November 9, 2026
