- HCM - Payroll Functional Consultant
- Required Qualifications Proven experience supporting or leading payroll implementations.
- Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
- Strong understanding of payroll earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, balances, payments, retroactive processing, adjustments, and other payroll concepts.
- Experience configuring, reviewing, or validating payroll functionality.
- Experience supporting payroll parallel testing, end-to-end testing, UAT, regression testing, and payroll reconciliation.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex payroll processing issues and variances.
- Ability to analyze payroll results and identify root causes of discrepancies.
- Ability to work effectively across Payroll, HR, functional, technical, integration, data, and testing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate payroll business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll is strongly preferred.
- Payroll work plan and status reporting.
- Payroll requirements documentation.
- Payroll solution design and configuration documentation.
- Configured and/or validated payroll functionality.
- Payroll process and configuration documentation.
- Payroll test scenarios and test results.
- Payroll parallel testing and reconciliation support.
- Defect and variance analysis and resolution support.
