Program Manager β Intensive In-Home Services (IIH)

Youth Haven Services is looking for a motivated and compassionateProgram Manager to join our Intensive In-Home (IIH) team. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys developing people, strengthening programs, and helping teams deliver high-quality services to children, adolescents, and families.
As theProgram Manager, you will play an important role in supporting the success of the IIH program. You will provide leadership, coaching, operational oversight, and quality assurance while helping create a team culture built onaccountability, collaboration, engagement, and professional growth.
What You'll Do
As a Program Manager, you will:

Lead and support the IIH team by communicating program goals, priorities, and expectations.

Onboard, train, coach, and develop employees while supporting their continued professional growth.

Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews while providing timely, constructive feedback.

Promote a positive team environment focused on engagement, collaboration, accountability, and success.

Monitor staffing levels, schedules, workloads, and overall team functioning.

Track key performance indicators and prepare operational reports for leadership.

Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that increase efficiency and service quality.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, applicable laws, safety requirements, and industry standards.

Address workplace concerns and resolve conflicts fairly, promptly, and professionally.

Attend team meetings, reinforce effective meeting structure, and ensure appropriate documentation.

Review caseload records and conduct monthly mini audits to support quality and compliance.

Identify training and support needs and assist with targeted coaching and corrective-action plans when needed.

Respond to client concerns and ensure appropriate follow-through.

Collaborate with leadership, other departments, and community stakeholders to support organizational goals.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a leader who is organized, dependable, approachable, and confident in their ability to guide a team.
Minimum qualifications include:

Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field

At least two years of management experience
-
Experience working with the population served is preferred

Knowledge ofIntensive In-Home (IIH) services
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Demonstrated leadership, supervision, and organizational skills
-
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong computer and electronic health record skills
-
Ability to build productive professional relationships
-
Sound judgment, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to make responsible decisions

Work Environment & Travel
This position includes a combination ofremote and in-person work, with travel to offices and community locations as determined by the IIH Director.
