Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Ensure residents receive individualized, compassionate care

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Strong clinical assessment skills
