Must-Have**
1. Experience in Electronics control module and electrification product design and development for automotive applications
2. Analog design: OP-AMP circuits, Client, data acquisition, sensor interface/signal conditioning circuits.
3. Microprocessor/microcontroller-based hardware designs
4. Power electronics: Linear & Switch mode supply topologies (Hi/Low voltage Buck, boost converters,
5. Experience in DC-DC converter, Inverter for Electrification
6. AC/DC switch mode power supply design experience
7. Various Communication Standards: UART, I2C, RS485, SPI, USB, CAN, Ethernet etc
8. Multilayer PCB design understanding layout & routing guidelines for performance & EMI/EMC compliance
9. EMI/EMC design considerations & testing
10. Experience in IGBT, MOSFET for high wattage application
11. Experience in MATLAB/Simulink, Pspice, MATHCAD for simulation and design calculations
12. Sensor selection, Design and development for automotive products like engine, aftertreatment control module (e,g, Exhaust Gas Temperature sensor, Humidity Sensor etc)
13. Project management and Good communication
Good-to-Have
1. Experience in use of design entry tools like Capture, zuken, Altium etc.
2. Experience in use of simulation packages such as PSPICE, LTSPICE
3. Experience in Basic Signal Integrity analysis using Hyperlynx, Cadence SI etc
4. Hands on experience in using testing & debugging tools like emulators, DSO, Logic Analyzer etc for board bring-up.
5. Exposure to complete hardware development life cycle,
6. Automotive domain experience
7. Experience in Industrial & Automotive Product Certification ( IEC, UL, CE , CISPR standards)
8. Exposure to DFM & DFT guidelines.
9. Mixed signal design using 16/32-bit microcontrollers, processors, SDRAMs, DDRs, FLASH.Client etc
