Hard Rock Hotel - Spa Receptionist

AtHard Rock Hotel Malta, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Rock Spa.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing spa reservations, and supporting the daily operations of the spa. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for wellness and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist spa guests, ensuring a warm, professional, and personalised experience.
• Manage spa appointments, reservations, cancellations, and guest enquiries efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about spa treatments, packages, facilities, and services.
• Promote and upsell spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to maximise revenue.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, payments, and transactions accurately.
• Maintain an organised and welcoming reception area in line with the hotel's standards.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Respond to guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate booking records and ensure guest information is handled confidentially.
• Assist with stock monitoring and the display of spa retail products.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, spa procedures, and health and safety standards.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by management.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa reception, hotel reception, wellness centre, or similar guest-facing role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of English; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident in promoting and upselling services and retail products.
• Comfortable using booking systems, computers, and payment processing systems.
• A professional appearance, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
