Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently. 

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring all their needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Manage multiple client accounts by maintaining regular communication and providing updates about products, services, and account status.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.
• Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth onboarding and integration of new clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in client account management, customer service, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
