General Counsel - Financial Software Company

We are looking for a General Counsel to an international leading Financial Software Company in order to drive Legal Strategy from Stockholm.

Role

The General Counsel will be responsible for handling a wide range of legal issues/strategies, providing legal advice within Contractual Law, Corporate Governance and Regulatory advise as well as Corporote Law and Board work. This is a full time position located in Stockholm, with flexibility for remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience from renowned law firm and/or in-house legal department
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent ability to work independently and to prioritize in a high-pace environment
• Experience in the technology industry and the Financial Industry is a plus
  
• Experience in International Legal advise is advantageous
• Fluent in English
