About the Role

We are looking for aBusiness Development Manager to drive sales growth and vendor strategy across theCzech Republic, Slovakia,and Hungary. You will manage relationships with vendors and resellers, identify new business opportunities, and support partners in growing their customer base.
 

What You'll Do

• Develop and executevendor growth plans and business strategies

• Build and manage relationships withpartners, vendors, and key customers

• Identify, onboard, and supportnew reseller partners

• Prepare and implementbusiness plans and marketing activities

• Present and promoteCAD and design software solutions to partners and customers

• Monitor sales performance, margins, forecasts, and business results
   

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or product marketing within theIT industry

• Experience working withvendors, channel partners, or resellers

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Fluent English, Czech/Slovak andHungarian

• Knowledge ofCAD/CAM/CAE/PLM software or related technologies is an advantage

• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams

• Location: Prague or Budapest
