Collaboratewithquality,operations,maintenance,andprojectteamstoachievebusinessobjectives.
Analysemanufacturingdataandperformancemetricstoidentifyimprovementopportunities.
Ensurecompliancewithhealth,safety,environmental,andqualityrequirements.
Supportcapitalprojects,processoptimisationinitiatives,andoperationalimprovementprogrammes.

WhatWeAreLookingFor

Required

DegreeinProcessEngineering,ManufacturingEngineering,MechanicalEngineering,IndustrialEngineering,orarelateddisciplinewithaminimumof1yearofrelevantexperience;or
Two-yeartechnicalqualificationwithaminimumof6yearsofrelevantengineeringexperience;or
Anequivalentcombinationofeducationandpracticalengineeringexperience.
Experiencesupportingmanufacturingorproductionenvironments.
Knowledgeofengineeringprinciples,manufacturingprocesses,andequipmentmaintenancepractices.
Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills.
Abilitytoworkeffectivelywithincross-functionalteams.
Goodcommunicationandorganisationalskills.
ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeandengineeringdocumentationpractices.
Commitmenttosafety,quality,andcontinuousimprovement.
