We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be focusing on cost optimization and minimizing delays in our supply chain processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials, contributing to the overall success of our logistics operations.

Your Mission:

• Coordinating the delivery and collection of goods across domestic, European, and international markets.

• Collaborating with the purchasing department on delivery planning and execution.

• Planning transport operations and monitoring their timely completion.

• Maintaining ongoing cooperation with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.

• Organizing collections and deliveries and responding to real-time changes in transport schedules.

• Monitoring shipment and transport status and taking action in the event of delays or other issues.

• Responding quickly to changing operational needs, including: vehicle delays, delays or schedule changes for shipments, changes to delivery plans, issues with collections, changes in goods quantities or availability dates.

• Optimizing transport arrangements for timeliness and cost-efficiency.

• Collaborating on fleet planning and operations.

• Overseeing ongoing fleet maintenance and operational readiness, and coordinating servicing and inspections.

• Preparing and analyzing logistics data and reports.

• Handling transport and logistics documentation.

• Resolving day-to-day logistics issues and coordinating activities among stakeholders.

• Ensuring the smooth flow of logistics processes and timely delivery execution.

Desired skills:

• Experience working with freight forwarders and carriers.

• Knowledge of international transport processes.

• Experience in organizing road transport.

• Experience in coordinating a vehicle fleet.

• Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems.

• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
