Job Title: Senior Specialist - Package Implementation

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a Guidewire BillingCenter resource with strong integration development and configuration experience
• The resource should be able to configure troubleshoot and support multiple BillingCenter functional areas

Key Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience developing and supporting integrations with Guidewire BillingCenter
• Strong BillingCenter configuration knowledge including the ability to analyze issues and implement configuration changes
• Experience with commission calculation configuration and troubleshooting
• Understanding of invoice logic and document mapping
• Experience with payment management including configuration and issue resolution
• Ability to work with business and technical teams to clarify requirements investigate defects and deliver reliable solutions
• Provide technical guidance and direction to others
• Ability to work in fast paced high demand visible work environment
• Ability to work across multiple teams
• Communicates effectively and concisely
• Constructively raises issues and challenges

Job Description:

• Act as a member of an Agile team including other engineers GWBC AWS Quality
• Provide fixes enhancements and new capabilities to a team working on Document generation
• Part of team completing stabilization efforts for initial GWBC release and potential to transition to team working on next GWBC release
• GWBC knowledgeable engineering resource who can be leveraged by other teams in the organization with GWBC engineering needs
