TheHuman Resources Summer Internwill assist with a wide range of activities and projects across the various functions of the department. This internship is designed to be both educational and practical.  In this position, the intern will learn how to apply skills acquired in their Human Resources coursework in a professional setting. The intern will gain a better understanding of the roles within HR and be equipped with skills to immediately deploy.  The candidate will also have the opportunity to interact with leaders and employees in other areas of the enterprise. 

What You’ll Do: 

• Work with Talent Development team on onboarding activities 

• Assist with the creation and implementation of employee development resources 

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement events 

• Assist with HR projects, reports/analytics, dashboards 

• Conduct research and present findings on current HR topics 

• Participate in and present on a corporate internship project 

What You’ll Need:

• Must be an incoming Junior or Senior  

• Must be a student for the duration of the intern program 

• Degree concentration in Human Resources 

• Minimum of 3.0 GPA 

• Self-starter with initiative and integrity 

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Experience with Microsoft 365 

• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
