Set against the stunning backdrop of the Hajar Mountains,JA Hatta Fort Hotel is looking for a warm, genuine, and guest-focusedGuest Service Agent to help create memorable stays for our guests. We are seeking someone who enjoys connecting with people, takes pride in delivering thoughtful service, and believes in giving their all, every day.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

• Deliver a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience.

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service throughout their stay.

• Assist guests with inquiries, special requests, and local recommendations.

• Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Maintain accurate guest profiles and preferences to support meaningful guest recognition.

• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.

• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating memorable moments for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Front Office or a guest-facing role within a 5-star hotel.

• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.

• Good computer literacy; knowledge of Protel is an advantage.

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or German are a plus.

• A positive attitude, genuine warmth, and a passion for looking after people.
