Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
- Ensure the efficient operation, performance, and security of enterprise applications within the organization.
- Establish and maintain effective incident management processes to track and resolve problems efficiently.
- Manage and optimize applications that are vital to business processes and decision-making.
- Coordinate enhancements for homegrown and commercial software solutions.
- Implement solutions that align with strategic business objectives, foster seamless integration between applications, and ensure end-users have reliable access to the tools and data they need.
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including installation, monitoring, and support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, IT support, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements and implement application changes.
- Collaborate and share information with other Platforms and Service Owners.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in application administration to recommend improvements and innovations that align with organizational goals.
- Embrace continuous learning and self-development.
- Support application rationalization initiatives.
- Work with technology partners and consultancies.
- Support the simplification and consolidation of applications.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Application Administrator or in a similar role.
- Minimum 5 years of functional experience.
- Experience administering operational procedures to ensure services run smoothly.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced English level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or a related field.
- C# language experience.
