Why Lawdie
Legal is one of the most regulated, highest-trust industries in the country β and one of the least automated. Lawdie is building the AI-native back office for law firms: billing, matter management, document generation, prosecution workflows, and agentic automation, replacing brittle point solutions with something firms can actually trust with their most sensitive work.
We've broken into the AmLaw 200. Multiple firms run on Lawdie today, and we're rapidly growing. We recently raised our first venture round & are raising our next round in the next few months. We're small enough that everything you ship touches real firms and real matters.
Role Overview
We're hiring a Go-to-Market Lead to build Lawdie's early growth engine from zero β events, partnerships, customer research, campaigns, and CRM operations β working directly with our founders on sales, positioning, and launch. This is a builder's role for someone who wants to own a GTM function at zero and turn it into a repeatable system, not join an established one.
What You'll Do
Own our market calendar across legal tech conferences, bar events, startup events, speaking opportunities, and partner programs, and lead our presence at events end to end β venue, guest list, registration, materials, vendor coordination, follow-up
Run customer, competitor, and industry research to sharpen positioning, segmentation, messaging, and campaign strategy
Own CRM hygiene and operations β outreach sequences, meeting notes, lead source tracking, follow-up workflows that hold up as we scale
Build reporting that connects GTM activity to results: meetings booked, pipeline created, event ROI, customer feedback, next steps
Partner directly with product, legal, sales, and operations to turn field feedback into sharper demos, collateral, and launch plans
Travel to industry events and firm visits as part of the role
What You Have
1β4 years of experience in GTM, sales, marketing, partnerships, or customer-facing operations β startup experience is a strong plus
Excellent writing and communication β a clear email, a sharp brief, event copy, an internal update, with minimal editing
Excellent organization and attention to detail across spreadsheets, calendars, task lists, and CRM records
An analytical mindset β you turn messy activity into a clean view of what worked, what didn't, and what's next
A bias for ownership: you can pick up a project with no playbook, ask the right questions, and pull in the right people
Nice to Have: HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, Notion, Canva, Figma, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, campus marketing, event planning, legal internship, law firm exposure, or startup experience
