As a GTM Lead at McCarren, you'll be the frontline of our growth, connecting with decision makers daily and educating them about AI.
This is not a passive role. This is a grind-heavy, cold-calling–driven position for someone who thrives under pressure and wants to build elite sales skills in the fast-growing AI space.
Compensation
Base Salary: $60,000
Commission: $30,000 - $100,000
OTE: $90,000 - $160,000
What You'll Do
Handle 30-40 live conversations daily through high-volume cold calling
Generate new sales opportunities for the Account Executive team
Qualify prospects and book meetings with decision-makers
Master McCarren AI's ICP, value proposition, and objection-handling frameworks
Continuously refine messaging and talk tracks based on results

Requirements
1+ years of cold calling or equivalent experience in a call-intensive or door-to-door outreach role (e.g., missionary roles, canvassing, or field prospecting) (2+ years preferred)
Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or at least two years of work experience
US Based, or open to work in US business hours
