GTM Engineer (Replay ai)

About the Role

A fast-scaling technology company is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build and own the automation, CRM infrastructure, and data pipelines that power a rapidly growing sales team. With roughly six new sales reps coming on board, this role exists to make sure every one of them hits the ground running, with email infrastructure, enrichment pipelines, integrations, and reporting already humming before day one.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who has already done this before, someone who has stood up outbound infrastructure and enrichment pipelines for a sales org, reaches for AI coding tools daily to move fast, and cares deeply about measurement. Stability matters here; the team is looking for someone with at least one tenure of two or more years and a track record of seeing projects through.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain all outbound infrastructure, including email warm-ups, multi-channel sequences, and campaign tooling, so sales reps can execute at volume without manual setup overhead
2. Design and implement CRM integrations, data quality systems, and lead enrichment pipelines that keep pipeline data trustworthy and current
3. Create live dashboards and reporting so SQL volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health are visible to the team at any moment without manual data pulls
4. Evaluate new tools and automations continuously, measure their real impact, and cut what does not move the needle
5. Onboard roughly six new sales hires onto fully operational GTM systems from their first day
6. Partner closely with AEs and SDRs to identify manual busywork and replace it with scalable, automated workflows
7. Use AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code daily to ship automations quickly and iterate fast

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps, or Growth Engineering focused on outbound and enrichment infrastructure
• Demonstrated experience building enrichment pipelines and outbound infrastructure for sales teams
• At least one tenure of 2 or more years in a prior role
• Daily hands-on proficiency with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in Brooklyn, NY

Preferred Skills

• Experience at a fast-growing early-stage startup at the Series A or Series B stage
• Production experience working with LLM APIs, including prompt design and evaluation loops
• Openness to visa transfers such as OPT or H-1B transfers is welcomed
