About the Role
As a GTM Engineer, you will own and scale the outbound email engine for a growing AI communications software business. You will combine deliverability expertise, thoughtful copywriting, and data-led experimentation to build a consistent source of qualified sales pipeline.
What You'll Do
Build and operate high-volume email sending infrastructure across multiple domains and mailboxes, scaling safely to six or seven figures in monthly sends.
Manage deliverability end to end, including domain setup, SPF, DKIM and DMARC configuration, warmup protocols, bounce management, and inbox placement.
Write and test personalized, human-sounding cold email copy that supports outbound conversion.
Build prospect lists and maintain data quality, validation, hygiene, and segmentation for campaigns.
Design and run experiments across messaging, subject lines, send times, and targeting, using results to improve conversion.
Manage outbound workflows and integrations across modern MarTech and CRM tools, including platforms such as Smartlead or Instantly.
Turn campaign performance data into actionable insights for the sales pipeline.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of hands-on experience building and operating high-volume email outreach infrastructure, including substantial monthly sending volume.
Expert knowledge of email deliverability fundamentals and experience managing dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains.
Strong cold email copywriting skills, with an ability to personalize messaging at scale.
Experience with prospect research, list building, data pipelines, and outbound campaign execution.
A track record of running A/B tests and conversion optimization experiments with a data-driven approach.
Proficiency with modern MarTech and CRM platforms, plus familiarity with B2B SaaS outbound and sales development workflows.
Native-level German and fluent English; experience with AI voice agents or conversational AI is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary range: €80,000 to €100,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
