Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is seeking qualified professionals to join our team asGSOC Analysts supporting a Global Security Operations Center inWarren, Michigan.
The GSOC Analyst provides continuous real-time monitoring, event intake, dispatch, and incident support for a complex enterprise security program supporting a large, geographically dispersed footprint. Analysts evaluate information from multiple technology platforms, follow established response playbooks, coordinate resources, and document incidents from initial notification through resolution.
This is afull-time position paying $31.25 per hour within a24/7/365 security operation. Open availability is preferred, as schedules may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime based on business needs.

Duties:
- Monitor alarms, CCTV and video systems, access-control activity, intercoms, emergency calls, mass-notification systems, and other digital security signals
- Receive, validate, prioritize, and document security, life-safety, fire, facilities, and business-continuity events
- Dispatch security personnel and other designated resources
- Maintain communication with responders and provide timely updates until incidents are stabilized and closed
- Follow established escalation paths, response playbooks, and notification procedures
- Coordinate emergency and non-emergency workflows across multiple locations
- Operate access-control, video-management, alarm-monitoring, incident-management, mass-notification, and communication platforms
- Perform first-line troubleshooting and appropriately escalate technology issues
- Produce accurate shift logs, incident reports, notifications, summaries, metrics, and trend data
- Maintain situational awareness while managing multiple active events and competing priorities
- Protect sensitive and confidential information
- Participate in drills, tabletop exercises, quality reviews, training activities, and after-action discussions
- Maintain clear and professional communication with security personnel, emergency responders, leadership, and other stakeholders
- Follow all applicable post orders, SOPs, emergency protocols, escalation paths, and client policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of experience preferred in a security operations center, emergency communications center, dispatch environment, command center, public safety setting, corporate security operation, or comparable high-volume monitoring function
- Experience monitoring and responding to alarms, video, access-control events, emergency calls, or similar technology-driven inputs preferred
- Ability to rapidly assess information, follow decision trees and playbooks, manage multiple active events, and escalate appropriately
- Strong keyboarding, data-entry, telephone, radio, and professional written-communication skills
- Working knowledge of access control, CCTV/video management, alarm monitoring, mass notification, and incident/case-management platforms preferred
- Valid Michigan guard card or registration, as required for the assignment
- Current First Aid and CPR certification, or ability to obtain and maintain certification before assignment
- Ability to successfully complete required background screening and drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently and produce clear, concise, and accurate incident reports
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint as relevant to the position
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive information
- Ability to work within a 24/7/365 operation, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require
- Ability to complete ongoing training and required comprehension and retention testing
