Field Support Engineer & Network SkillsKey Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support to end users onsite.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to computer equipment, peripherals, and applications.

• Perform installation, configuration, and replacement of IT equipment.

• Execute Rack & Stack activities for network equipment and servers.

• Perform cabling, organization, and labeling within racks.

• Support connectivity tasks and basic network troubleshooting.

• Address Field Support requests within established service timeframes.

• Document activities and incidents in ticket management tools.

• Collaborate with local and remote teams to resolve technical issues.

Requirements

Experience providing Level 2 technical support to end users.
Knowledge of hardware, Windows operating systems, and productivity tools.
Experience with onsite support (Deskside Support / Field Support).
