We’re looking for aGrowth & Product Manager — a dynamic operator who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, managing bothgrowth campaigns anddigital products from idea to impact.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead end-to-endgrowth projects — from conceptualization to execution, reporting, and optimization.

2. Overseeproduct development — from PRD creation to sprint management, iterations, delivery, and maintenance.

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (strategy, design, tech, and marketing) to bring ideas to life.

4. Build data-backed growth systems that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention.

5. Ensure seamless delivery of client projects with measurable ROI and business outcomes.

1. Proven experience managinggrowth, product, or marketing operations.

2. Strong understanding ofdigital products, performance marketing, and analytics.

3. Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
