Your Day-to-Day

• Execute growth campaigns, activations, partnerships, referral, upsell/cross-sell, and CRM initiatives.
• Support academic events and on-ground activations from planning to execution.
• Track campaign performance, maintain growth trackers, and prepare simple reports.
• Support lead generation, data cleaning, segmentation, and CRM management.
• Coordinate with internal teams and support ad-hoc growth projects.

Who We’re Looking For

• Final-year students or fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with data and turning findings into actionable insights.
• Comfortable leading others and working on-ground.
• Strong ownership, sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Familiar with Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides, with the ability to create clear reports and presentations.
