About the Role
Join a B2B growth marketing and lead generation team as a Growth Consultant, helping clients shape strategies to grow their businesses. You will own client relationships and provide strategic guidance, while specialist teams handle campaign execution.
What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of around 30 B2B clients and serve as their main point of contact.
Meet regularly with managing directors and other decision-makers to discuss growth priorities and advise on strategy.
Monitor account performance, retention, and opportunities to expand client relationships.
Use data and commercial insights to identify growth opportunities and guide client decisions.
Coordinate with marketing and technical specialists to support client plans.
What We're Looking For
Typically 2 to 5 years of B2B experience with direct ownership of client accounts.
A track record with measurable results, such as account portfolio size, retention, or upsell performance.
Experience advising managing directors or other senior decision-makers.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, data, and reporting.
Experience with upselling, cross-selling, or retaining B2B clients.
Native-level German is required; strong English is helpful.
Experience with CRM tools, B2B acquisition, or performance marketing is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary of €50,000 to €70,000 annually, plus 12.5% commission on monthly recurring revenue. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with three days per week in the office. The first month is fully on-site.
