Own end-to-end affiliate channel: onboarding, activation, and scaling of partners
Drive high-quality acquisition (IR → FT), not just volume
Build and manage partnerships with top affiliate networks, fin-influencers, and performance partners
Optimize payouts, funnels, and landing journeys to improve ROI and conversion
Set up strong tracking, attribution, and fraud checks across partners
Work closely with product/growth teams to improve affiliate-led onboarding journeys
Experiment with new models (content affiliates, deal platforms, broker comparisons, etc.)
Build and scale DRA-led acquisition channel (onboarding, compliance, performance tracking)
