Where You’ll Make a Difference 

As part of our RTR team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, supporting operations acrossLATAM and North America.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and reviewingjournal entries and account reconciliations

• Supportingmonth-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities

• Ensuring compliance withaccounting standards and internal controls

• Analyzing financial data and identifyingprocess improvement opportunities

• Partnering with cross-functional teams acrossLATAM and NOAM to deliver high-quality results

• Contributing to a collaborative environment focused oncontinuous improvement and efficiency

What Makes You the Right Fit  

• Bachelor’s degree inAccounting or related field

• Previous experience inRTR processes / General Ledger / Accounting operations

• Solid understanding offinancial principles and reporting

• Intermediate to advanced English (required)

• Portuguese is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and aproactive mindset

• Ability to collaborate effectively withcross-regional teams

How Would You Stand Out?

• Experience working in ashared services or global environment

• Exposure toLATAM and/or NOAM accounting processes

• Hands-on experience withERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
