Group Lead Architect – Data & Integration (Digital & AI Transformation)

Level of experience:

• 15+ years of experience spanning application development, data architecture, and enterprise technology transformation.
• 7+ years of FSI / Insurance domain expertise.

Must have:

• Enterprise Architecture & Data Modeling: Extensive experience in enterprise-scale architecture design, logical and physical data modeling, with deep specialization in the insurance sector.
• Strategic Architecture Leadership: Proven ability to define and communicate current, interim, and target-state architectures, supported by clear rationale and transformation roadmaps.
• Digital Platform Architecture: Strong experience designing data architectures for web and mobile applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and seamless user experiences.

Nice to have:

• Modern Data Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Databricks and comparable cloud-native data platforms for large-scale data engineering and analytics workloads
• AI-ready Data Architecture: Designed and implemented enterprise data architectures that enable AI and advanced analytics across front-office, middle-office, and back-office operations.
