Group& Events and Reservation Trainee

Department: Food & Beverage (F&B) & Meetings & Events (M&E)
Position: Internship (preference minimum 4 months)

About the Role

Are you passionate about hospitality, food & beverage, and event management? Join our team as an F&B and Events Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of meetings, events, and F&B services.

You will work closely with our Meetings & Events team and collaborate with different hotel departments, including Front Office, Kitchen, and Restaurant Operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operational setup and execution of meetings and events.

• Attend function sheet meetings and prepare meeting and event spaces.

• Welcome clients and guests and act as the main point of contact during events.

• Coordinate coffee breaks, lunches, and other F&B services, ensuring everything runs on time.

• Prepare group menus, event signage, and audiovisual equipment.

• Manage the posting of events in Lightspeed and monitor meeting room inventory.

• Ensure smooth communication between the F&B and Meetings & Events departments.

• Respond to the F&B duty phone and provide support to breakfast and restaurant operations when needed.
