Salesforce QA Analyst

Location: Remote – South America

As a Salesforce QA Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Salesforce platform and connected applications are stable, scalable, and ready to support the business as we grow.

You’ll work across both manual and automated testing, with a strong focus on building and maintaining robust end-to-end automation using Playwright. You’ll validate complex Salesforce solutions spanning multiple business areas, identify risk before it reaches production, and help embed quality throughout our software development lifecycle.

Because our Salesforce environment supports business-critical financial workflows, integrations, and customer-facing processes, this role requires someone who understands that accuracy, data integrity, traceability, and strong regression protection matter.

This role reports to the QA Lead and Engineering Manager and partners closely with Salesforce Architects, Engineers, Product Management, QA, and Technology leadership.

• Reliability: Complete and accurate manual and automated QA coverage aligned with sprint commitments.
• Efficiency: Accurate estimation, thoughtful effort allocation, and reliable execution of testing activities.
• Quality: Strong regression protection and reduction of post-release defects.
• Automation: Expansion and maintenance of reliable end-to-end automated test coverage.
• Release Confidence: Early identification of defects, risks, dependencies, and edge cases before they reach production.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Build Quality in from the Start

• Review business requirements, technical designs, acceptance criteria, and user stories to identify test scenarios, gaps, dependencies, edge cases, and potential risks before development is complete.

Own Manual & Automated Testing

• Develop and document comprehensive test plans and manual and automated test cases for Salesforce and connected applications.

Strengthen Our Delivery Process

• Integrate automated testing intoCI/CD pipelines and establish reliable regression and smoke-test execution as part of the software delivery lifecycle.

Partner Across Technology

• Collaborate closely with Salesforce Architects, Engineers, Product Managers, QA peers, and Technology leadership.

What You’ve Done Before:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year focused on Salesforce applications.
• Hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Professional experience within fintech, lending, banking, payments, or another financial-services organization is required.
• Experience with automated end-to-end, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Experience validating REST APIs, request/response payloads, business rules, and integration behavior.
• Experience working within Agile software development teams.
• Experience incorporating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience using source control systems such as Git.

Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring:

• Hands-on experience with Playwright for automated end-to-end testing.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test design techniques, defect management, regression strategies, and risk-based testing.
• Strong Salesforce testing knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with API and integration testing.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and test-planning skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a remote environment.
