GRC Analyst

Role: Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst
Location: Lakewood CO
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Pay rate: $60-$62/hr on W2

Introduction

The Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst is an integral part of the Global Information Security Office. This role supports the implementation of security governance, risk management, and compliance programs across the company. The analyst contributes to policy development, risk oversight, and the continuous improvement of the organization’s security posture, working closely with regional Information Security Officers and cross‐functional teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Vendor Risk Management or Third-party Risk Assessment or Supplier Security Assessments - 5 years of experience.
• Audit Support - ISO 27001 or NIS or Regulatory Audit - 2-5 years of experience.
• GRC Platform - Bitsight - 2-5 years of experience.
• Information Security, Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, IT Audit - 5+ years of experience.
• Prior work experience in the client's industry.

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor.
• Experience with GRC tools like Drata, OneTrust, or Archer.
• Understanding of technical security domains such as identity and access management, endpoint protection, and cloud security.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support information security risk assessments for new projects, systems, and business processes.
• Contribute to drafting, updating, and maintaining global information security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Monitor adherence to security and regulatory requirements, including ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR.
• Conduct third-party security risk assessments and document results in GRC tracking systems.
• Participate in the planning and implementation of security awareness programs.
