About the Role:

As the  Technical Partner Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling Graphwise’s technology solutions business by enabling, supporting, and technically ramping up our partner ecosystem (System Integrators, VARs, and Technology Partners). You will partner closely with the Partner Sales Directors, supported by the Pre-Sales team, as well as the Channel and Services teams to provide technical expertise and build self-sufficiency within our partner network.

In this role, your focus will be purely technical, serving as the primary technical resource dedicated to partner enablement and partner technical support. Rather than managing end-customers directly, you will work alongside our partners' technical teams to help them understand the technical capabilities of Graphwise, design robust solution architectures, and successfully deploy our semantic platform. Your ultimate goal is to build deep technical capability and self-sufficiency within our partner network so they can successfully deliver Graphwise technology to their customers.

Your Main Responsibilities shall include:

• Lead the technical enablement and upskilling of Graphwise partners, ensuring their technical teams are trained, certified, and fully capable of designing semantic AI solutions.
• Align with Partner Sales Directors to support partners during active sales cycles, participating in joint discovery sessions to address deep technical requirements and integration architecture.
• Collaborate directly with partners to translate customer requirements into robust, scalable technical architectures using Graphwise knowledge graphs and semantic AI.
• Enable partners to deliver high-impact product demonstrations, technical presentations, proof-of-value, and proof-of-concept (PoC) designs independently.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between partners and internal Graphwise teams (Product, Pre-Sales, and Solutions) to ensure partners have the technical resources and documentation they need to succeed.
• Support technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and deployment planning to ensure partner-led implementations are successful.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to our partner network, keeping them updated on the latest Graphwise product releases, technical standards, and ecosystem best practices.
• Gather and channel technical product feedback from partners back to our Product and Engineering teams to help steer our product roadmap.

As the Ideal Candidate, You will have:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) with Semantic technology, including working with Taxonomies, ontologies, knowledge graphs, and graph databases.
• Experience in partner-facing or channel engineering roles (e.g., Partner Solutions Architect, Partner Pre-Sales, or Channel Systems Engineer) with a passion for ecosystem enablement and support.
• Strong business acumen—while this is a highly technical role, the ability to understand broader business models, partner motivations, and ecosystem dynamics is essential.
• Proven ability to build strong technical relationships, train external technical teams, and foster self-sufficiency within partner organizations.
• Outstanding ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, value-driven narratives for technical partners.
• Excellent presentation, demonstration, and workshop-delivery skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience handling complex integration, performance, and architecture discussions.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across cross-functional, global teams.
• An inquisitive mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a passion for scalable partnership growth.
