Pay Range: $22 - $24/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and produce camera-ready art, including graphs, charts, and illustrations.
  • Consult with clients to identify graphic needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Utilize professional graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
  • Review proofs and collaborate with printers to ensure quality production.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance design capabilities.
  • Maintain digital records and coordinate graphic libraries as needed.
  • Lead and mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • 4-year college degree in Commercial Art / Graphic Design or related field.
  • Project management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years related job experience in graphic design and print production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Experience in hands-on print production/prepress, preferably with copy or offset printing.
  • Strong graphic design and layout skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
