Job Description:
Graphic Designer is responsible for the execution of ecommerce and retail creative concepts and content for client customer touchpoints in support of the integrated marketing plan and brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Development
- Support and produce high quality, strategy-driven digital marketing communications and print signage that seamlessly integrate the needs of a fast paced, rapidly evolving, and growing business – while building the Marshalls brand and driving transactions on site and in-store.
- Work with team of ACD’s, Art Directors, designers and writers to maintain and evolve the brand expression in multi-channel creative content. Includes in-store signage, site content, email, and video — while consistently maintaining brand synergy across all communications.
- Execute specific creative requests received through creative briefings at a rapid pace to meet the heightened demands of a fast-growing, dynamic business.
- Collaborate with ACD’s, AD’s, designers, copywriters, marketing partners, project management, production, and in-house studio to effectively meet project objectives, schedules, and deadlines.
- Monitor all pre-production, production and post-production for digital and print work.
- Effectively self-manage time, prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle a large scope of work.
- Demonstrate excellence in creative and execution of digital and print design.
- Take initiative to understand business needs and marketing requirements to devise compelling design solutions for integrated marketing plans.
- Ability to take direction, effectively present work, articulate design decisions to marketing team, and respond positively to constructive feedback.
Required Skills:
- 1-4 years of graphic design experience required
- BFA in Graphic Design or equivalent degree
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Knowledge of Acrobat and Microsoft Suite
- Familiar with print production and package design a plus
- Familiar with Adobe After Effects a plus
- Typographic excellence, a commitment to accuracy & organization, and strong written & verbal communication skills
- Experience from concept to execution
- Passion for fashion
- Two Days onsite - Tuesdays and Wednesdays
